Building without name in Kishnakotis

Hi!
In the German speaking city "<b>Kishnakotis</b>" there is a building without a name because we have finished a project that an unknown person started without giving a name to it.
Could you change the name into "<b>Krankenhaus/hospital</b>", please?
Furthermore someone named our lighthouse in Kishnakotis "<b>Lt.</b>" which is pretty annoying because no one understands that the abbreviation "Lt." means "Leuchtturm".
When someone is travelling on a ship near Kishnakotis he just receives the message: "You see the lighthouse Lt. in direction..." so no one on a ship knows where he's heading to.
Could you please change the "Lt." into "<b>Leuchtturm Kishnakotis</b>"?
The people of Kishnakotis will be really thankful for this!
