I have a character whose stomach is nearly full. What's going to happen tomorrow to her?

Even currently it's possible to have more in your stomach than the maximum capacity, even though it's pretty rare. It just means you can't eat any more manually until the food gets digested. You can vomit if you want to make room for more instantly.

If the change can seriously affect gameplay of one of characters, then you can contact support and discuss getting food from stomach back to inventory, which may be done in some special cases
But it must be requested as soon as possible.

If your char is not in short of food and quite safe, then vomiting is good and fast option
