Can't remove fuel from engine!

Every time I try to remove the alcohol from my car's engine, I get "ERROR: You do not have the right key." The engine has no lock, I have the key to the vehicle, I just put alcohol in yesterday and it didn't give me an error. It's a tuned engine that only accepts alcohol though, I don't know if that has anything to do with the current issue but there's that...
