My character has become hurt (8%) and is in a place where they as far from food and has no healing food on them. Will they heal naturally over time or do I have to get healing food for them to actually heal at all?

Character will heal naturally.

It's quite slow, but can be speeded up by resting on furniture.

But they won't heal naturally if they're hungry.

they aren't hungry but kep getting attacked by wild animals. *mumble mumble*
