I found multiple notes but when I try to read them an error appears.

"ERROR: You cannot read this note as it is not in your inventory and not on the same location as you are."

This appens to:

- nota -Map by Hello Goodbye
- nota -~The Gallagher Atlas: 1565 Edition~-
- nota -The Black Atlas -first edition- 1750-

Only utf8 or ascii notes can be copied. You need to convert it into utf8 before copying, although if it has a special character in the title then it's probably going to get wiped and destroyed, so the best way to do it is to open it for editing and save without changing anything, that will convert it to utf8 without truncating anything.

Ok, thx.

When i put the first notes in an envelope, i can read them. But when the notes stay in the floor or in my inventory, i cant read them.

Some notes in the game have double location (for example they are both on the ground and in inventory, or both on the ground and in the envelope).
There's such problem with some notes in the game, but it's still not fixed because it would make these notes disappear from one of two places. And it's hard to decide which locations should be treated as invalid :P

Given the ease with which notes are copied, wouldn't it have the least amount of impact to allow a copy of the note to exist in each of it's recorded locations?
I have found one of these notes, but I can give more detail later if they're being cleaned up in the future.
