Time going slow game says 1 hour until I can

Hit someone with a waster again it it takes 3-4 hours instead of the one hour it says also I am docking my ship it took 4 hours to dock 30% now 7 hours nothing what is going on?

I un docked at 7am this morning and was redocked by 10am I undocked and redocked and I am still at it?? what am I missing almost no time missed I docked and hopped off .?? def didn't miss any turns here? unless I came close to one at 7 this morning.?
