Missing ticks

I notice lately travel ticks are missing. Probably the 8:10 am (CET) one.
Also, i cannot hunt every day at the same time, like i used to. I have to wait an extra tick every day. I usually hunt just after the projects tick.
Has anyone else noticed the same?

Nope. My travelling characters are moving normally.

I did notice the hunting thing, although I thought I was just going crazy.

I can't tick "all" when hunting any longer, is it only me?

Doesn't work for me in Chrome either. In Firefox it works after a Ctrl+r.

I think the game is not 'ticking' after the move to the new server.
It just missed the projects tick altogether.
edit: i just saw the message explaining why this happened....
