I believe this has now been fixed. Check it.

Yes, the INVALID QUERY problem is fixed. But my projects in Akypor Forest South are barely moving at all. I've been collecting nuts for 4 real-time days now, and I'm still only up to 92%.

That is probably because a lot of turn changes were lost yesterday. Also, you might have set your character to collect more than a day's worth ;-)

I did ... but after 4 real-time days, I'm still waiting to get one day's worth of nuts. :? I hope it's just because of the lost turns.

Well, you'll have to wait for the whole project to be finished, then. You don't get temporary results. If you want to get something after every day, you should tell your char to collect as much as he can, in a day, and set him to repeat that project. The only disadvantage is that you won't be informed of the temporary results then, they will just wind up in your inventory.
Also, check whether your character is at full health. If not, he will take longer to complete the projects. I think the amount of work done in a day is directly proportional to the percentage of health... so if he's only at 50% health for example, he'll only collect 50% of a normal day's harvest per day.

That's not what I've seen before. When I've started a project to collect nuts and specified that it repeat 20 times, the first day's gathering shows up both in my events and my inventory after the first day. Then the project continues on to its next repetition.

Well, that's probably it, then ... my health is down below 80%. I'm not sure I'll ever be able to gather food fast enough to catch up. :(
