I know windows can be built in buildings and not vehicles, but is it possible to put windows in the cabins on a ship?

Yes. Works the same as windows in rooms.

You can always check by setting a project even when you have no materials.

Got another quick question. If I have a radio inside a room that has a window, and the window is open, will I hear the radio from outside that room?

Nope, you can't hear radio trough the window.

Damn. That completely defeats the purpose of my wanting to put a window in...oh well. Lol

we should have a volume control,
low setting is as it currently is
high setting bolds if if you are in the room, and sounds normal through a window
well... i think we would need electricity or batteries first... wait.. i gotta look over suggestions now bye lol
