i see this message (or another similar) on the last 12 hours . i don't notice it before, but, maybe, is old

can be this the root of the lag on last day, or a hint to Prog dept to find a "whatever" that screw the response time?

The server lag make some processes time out, and thuse the notice that they are running is not removed.
