Postby Queen Ehlana » Sun May 09, 2004 3:12 pm

Okay, my character has all this cotton, but I can't figure out how to turn it into cotton cloth.

I think that kinda question should be asked IC.
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. It is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Only I will remain.

You need 2 machines to be able to make cotton cloth.
If I am not mistaken:

You will first need a machine to turn the raw cotton into cotton fibers

Then you will need a machine to spin the fibers into cotton cloth.

which machines you should find out yourself.
Just think a bit and you will know which machines you need

I always look at it this way.

Tools create objects.
Machines convert objects.

Of course, that's not always true.
