Something is not working as expected.. who do I PM now that Doug is not available?


Edit: I tried to email support from the front page.. when I hit send, I got an error that I followed an out dated link or bookmark?

support (at) cantr.net is and has always been the way to contact staff. You should also be able to go to the departments page and use the contact form. Was that what was not working for you?

Cantr down again or is someone making repairs? I can login but when I try to access my character pages, it kicks me back to the login page. Now what?!

I have that problem with my laptop.. tried explorer and chrome, neither work, I don't know what to do, I cleared the cache, but the lap top was brand new, first thing I did was try to log into cantr.. no luck

I'll try to figure this one out.

I use Chrome as well and tried my old version of IE with another comp. None of it works. Basically did the same thing You did. *Grrrr....

Sunni, do you see any improvements? Sillysavage can you PM me your player ID or login name (it's always good to have your forum nickname in the in game player setting for speedy support).

No, It lets me log in, I click on a charri and it throws me back to the old log in page, telling me I did not log in correctly and to re log

If I do, it does the same thing.

Don't know what you did but it works now. I'm back in. I didn't change anything on my end of it though so...had to be something you guys did. Thanks.

We didn't dp anything yet. I deleted some session info from Sunni's account. :/ It works for 99% of the players, and it is very frustrating that a few people have to deal with this...
