Can't quote anymore?

I've lost the ability to quote other posts. Anyone else having this problem?

For me everything works just as always did.

The quote button, for me, is now the edit button. None of the forum buttons for me do what they are supposed to do. Everything's changed.

Try hard refresh, maybe something's wrong with images. I have both icons: edit and quote.
