I have not encountered this. Once it happens I think you have to do your refresh button.

I get page expired error everytime i try to use the back button even when backing out of a note, have to hit refresh button >.< sup with that?

It's not so much an error as a security precaution when using the POST method. It means that you have to manually refresh the page to re-send the information that was sent from the previous page to the current page. This can usually be avoided if GET is used, but then that brings up whole truckloads of security problems and such. Which is why it isn't used for everything in Cantr. ...I think... *looks around nervously*

But I don't get it when backing out of a note...strange.

this has nothing to do with veiwing a page and refreshing doesn't work. i go straight to the forum and have a read for 5-10 minutes and it's back again so if it was a problem between me and cantr i wouldn't get the forum since there on the same server correct ?
