Project at 100% or 99%?

My char is working on a repair project, on the activities page it says it's 99%, but on my players page and on my events page it says 100%. I'm not sure if it's displaying wrong, or if it's at 100% and not completing, as they do sometimes.

The ticks round up from when you started or something, I think.

Just wait until the next tick and it should be fine.

It is probably somewhere between 99.5% and 100%, and one rounds the value (99.8% => 100%) and the other clamps it (99.8% => 99%).
