other player's account not working

Hi, I'm posting for another player. He's a Spanish player, and he's been having issues with the game all week. He doesn't know how to use the forum I think. He said he can see his events, but sometimes he can't see location to hunt animals, or get to any other tabs like activities or people. If I PM someone his character name and location, can someone e-mail him so he can explain what's wrong? I don't speak enough Spanish to know exactly what his issues are.
