What at this point is the starving-hungry-very-hungry percentages?

I'm in a town where one is starving, another is very hungry, yet Very Hungry is lit up, and starving is not...

There are percentages for hunger, just names have changed. I think you could guess which is which.

But but but but but a starving person is only 50% hungry... And someone who looks very hungry is 75?

Can you please post the numbers? Or pm?
