project day error

so to distill apple brandy, you get the message:
however, the project really takes three days. i never would have set it up had i known it would take three days versus the one the message states.
i seem to remember a similar error for making beer, where it said it should take one day, but took ten. or maybe it was wine, i cant remember.
In one day you can produce 150 grams of apple brandy. You will need the following raw materials:
400 grams of apple juice
80 grams of wood
