No Ticks?

One of my chars was meant to dock at the sailing tick. Didn't happen, so I waited for the project tick and that has now passed with no progress. Something wrong?

I noticed for sure that one of the boats one of my characters are on didn't move at all either. It was set to move for one tick almost an hour ago IG, well before the sail tick should have occurred, and is still moving, as if the sailing tick never happened.

Yep, I expected one of my characters to have arrived in a town when I logged in today.

I have restarted the timer. That should take care of it, but if the problems persist, let me know.

I had this happen also today. What seemed odd was that another character in the same type of vehicle went ahead while my character didn't, and they left at the same time. I was logged in when this happened.

Maybe the process crashed before it got to your character?

This also happened a few days ago; however that time we both left at minute 14, when the tick happens, and my character left just a little after the other one did.
Also I realized this second time they were different types of cars, but it wouldn't have made a difference in this case.

Has it been like that for more than one turn? It's normal for it to be like that just for one turn. I remember reading somewhere that the game actually makes it more likely (or reasonably likely) for it to be stuck at 100% than at other numbers for some reason.
