just wondering what materials are needed on this project? it didnt say:

Name: silk sari
Description: an ankle length garment with the overall shape of a skirt wrapped about the waist once, yet accompanied by a softly spun extension of silk that is worn over the wearer`s left or right shoulder. The remainder of the draped cloth lands about the forearm and the crook of one`s elbow, thus creating an elegant sweep of finely spun silk that dangles just above the knee
Days: 7.5
Tools: needle

oh, also ive got another question...not relating to a sari
my char in dory has made several articles of clothing, only to be stolen by a thief who runs and gets killed...but the clothing they stole never comes back with the items..so does the clothing you wear stay on when you die?

Yep. Great for business isn't it? None of that everyone who has a trwoel has one already kind of business.

Well. Except for the theft and all.

I noticed that two when my character tried to kill a guy with nice clothing to get the nic clothing. It pissed him off when he found out that he couldn't wear the nice clothing.

Shouldn't you be able to get back some of the clothing. Like anything like shoes or hats. I can see the pants and shirt being ruined and all but some of articles should be able to be used.

Also, jewelry shouldn't disappear either.

And at this point I think the clothing business is hard enough to maintain without losing the articles of clothing after someone dies. What if someone dies of starvation or from old age? Clothes aren't really damaged at that point.

its especially annoying when it's a piece of clothing that takes several days to manufacture...i suppose ill have to work inside...quite simple i guess
wait a minute....why doesnt clothing end up in your inventory when you finish it in the first place?

Clothing is your inventory from a project is on the to do list.

There is far too much taking things off the dead isn't there?

I don't know if the disappearing clothes was intentional or not.

I hope that doesn't happen because that will take away plundering.

I think clothes should not disappear. Not at this point at least. It takes way to long to get clothing and right now it will never take unless clothing off the dead can be used.

And if weapons and shields disappear after the someone is killed well then I think that would be too unrealistic. At least clothing has an excuse but weapons and shields are dropped after someone dies and doesn't simply disappear into thin air. I won't mind seeing weapons and shields, tools etc... break and the such after the while but no disappearing.

well if some has a sheild and they died would you seriusly want a sheild hat has already been proven to have failed?
