Does it seriously take that number of days...or is that a mistake? Just seems like a lot of days to make a small tool.

Indeed. There was a comma where the period was supposed to be. It's not 13 Hundred days, but 1.3 something something. Fixed now.

The size of the project wasn't that bad.
The top populated towns could finish it in a month. If it was a Alenz Hills missle launcher you would be saying it is too easy to make.
