Before the game crashed, did dragging with a wheelbarrow successfully make a difference in dragging?

Yes, but only on materials, and I don't think it showed up in the percentage. But one of my characters was certainly able to drag much more than without.

It should not have worked on living characters, only dead ones. If it did, it was a bug. I also can verify that it worked on resources.
