Ummm....I have four character slots that said "1 day left" all day yesterday, and they still have the same thing. I've been checking all day, and I'm pretty certain it's been over 24 hours since I first looked yesterday. Help?

I remember first checking yesterday at 10:30 am, and they said "1 day left". Now, it's 1:35pm and they still say 1 day left.

They're really wierd and unreliable. I know I've seen it stick on 'four days' for aaages. I came back a few weeks later to it and it said 'two days' lol.. bah.

It's now 7:23am..nearly 48 hours after I first noticed that the game said I have one day left......>.>
Anyway to get this fixed so as not to build up false hopes?

Okay, I'll look into it. It would help out a bit if people filled out their forum nick field in their account settings so that they'd be easier to find.

There's apparently some sort of a display error. Your slots will open on 2985, which is in about an hour and 15 minutes.

So, for future reference, is this a one-time only kind of error, or accross the board? I'm wondering because I have two other slots blocked that say 16 and 21 days. Does this really mean 18 and 23 days?
Just so I know what to expect...

The display error has been around since slot blocking we introduced.

The checks are pretty complicated so it wouldn't be a surprise if there was an error in the mix. The first thing I paid attention to is that if you've been playing for less days than the max amount of characters allowed, it puts days=1, but assuming that a new player can't have more characters than the amount of days they've been playing, a slot would be opening up for them. However Kelli had been playing for 42 days or something, so that couldn't be the case here. There is a max(min()) function there that gives 1 if the oldest blocking character would be 100 days old today or 40 days have passed from the earliest counted death but either one of these should only be possible for one day. It should display 2 before that. Then again, I queried for a list of values the calculation uses so I could check in Excel what those functions actually output in those cases and see if there's an error.

I had two charrie slots that were blocked. They had a certain number of days left (I think 16 and 20?) Anyways, with cantr time frozen, does this mean once it is unfrozen, I will STILL have to wait another 16 and 20 days?
Or can this manually be fixed to count for the days cantr was down?
(Just posting this here until I email support.

Seems to be that way. I had two slots blocked and their time did not decrease while the server was down.
