Somone is copying song lyrics from the web, and pasting it IC into the game. Whole lyric in one big chunk. Several times.

Is this a CRB or just extraordinarily bad roleplaying?

I'd say both. If it makes a difference, just ooc tell him to say *sings a rap song* or something, if he can't come up with anything original. Even though you can't really sing a rap song.... different topic.

I don't know the answer, but I'd like it to be CRB. It is using OOC information.

As it doesn't get this character an advantage, it seems like a very minor rule breach, but it's definitely very bad style and pretty annoying.
