one of my characters started a disassembling project in a building, left this building and another character finished the project. The resources of the machine are missing

Could the other char have taken them? Or was he working with your consent?

I asked him and he said, there was nothing on the ground

Bug fixed. Resources used to end up landed in infinity, or even further.
If everyone notices a problem in a situation where project initiator wasn't present when it was finished, please report ASAP.
