Need advice quick

Alright let's say one person is in a vehicle, person A. and everyone else is not. If I attack someone outside not in a vehicle can person A see it?

Attack and death events can be seen by people in vehicles.

K thanks. I have another question, is it possible for someone in sight to turn around and you not see it? Because that just happened but I'm pretty sure it's not...

I say yes it is possible, although I'm not 100%. There's a known bug that sometimes if you stop, then continue, you wind up going the wrong way. Doing that wouldn't generate a message.

Yeah... that's happened to me twice. X|
