[Bug] Operations on Multiple Notes while Travelling

[Bug] Operations on Multiple Notes while Travelling

I can individually put notes in an envelope while travelling, but when attempting to put in one or more using the Operations on Multiple Notes function, it results in the following error:

ERROR: You cannot put this note into an envelope, as you do not have it in your inventory.=
