I cant make plated kite shields

when I want to start to make an silver plated kite shield it wont load when I click on silver plated kite shield
A comma had snuck into the build requirements instead of a dot as it should have been. The plated shields should now all be manufacturable.
I wonder if this behavior existed previously, or if the new php version made the menu not work. I think I checked it after adding it in, but maybe I forgot.
Did anyone ever make a plated kite shield before? I think I saw one, but now I'm not so sure.
