For example I'm trying to clarify honey, how do I do it? I've tried starting with the honey, the water, and the bucket none have worked. I also tried the manufacture link. I'm prob just missing some little thing.

I haven´t clarified honey yet, but it´s usually something like drop bucket - set up project by clicking the use button on the bucket - pick up bucket - join project. Does that work?

Create project, use bucket from inventory on project, join project.

Dust Puppy is correct, drop bucket, set up project, pick up bucket. Can't do it from inventory.
Where did you seek to find an answer to this? It's mentioned in the wiki page for the bucket, where else should it be?

Could have sworn I've done it from my invintory... OH WELL!
