Cantr account refused

I am an active duty member of the US AIR FORCE. While I was going through basic training and technical training my account was disabled for not participating. I've been settled into my base here in wyoming for several months now and I'm looking to return to playing. However after applying for a new account I was denied with no explanation other than to contact support. I'm posting here as well hoping someone in the support department can respond to my email and help me resolve this situation quickly.
