Kishnakotis Fields (south) has a boat on the vehicle list.

As far as I know boats used to be able to be built in landlocked locations. They weren't removed when the rules were changed so they are still around.

A house with transparent walls. Would make a good jail, if it's big enough.

There are a number of these boats in various places. They're a good curiosity.
