Note Flooding

Someone keeps sliding notes under the door in one of my towns. I'm talking at least 100 notes here. It is making it difficult to communicate. Is this a violation? If so I'll pm my char and the chars location.

Well I'm not a member of any department but...
Unless the notes have any CRB on them its just a crook being anoying. Your character eithor has to put them into another room or um... kill em.

From what I know, if its a copy of the same not over and over again, its note bombing (usually used when someone dies and drops all these notes) but yes its a rule breaker. You should PM someone the details.
