Character pass-over description not working

The feature that let put up a description box when your mouse passed over a character name is no longer working for me. Anyone else having this problem? I've tried it on both Firefox 3 and Google chrome.

It hasn't worked for me in quite a while, I had just assumed it was a feature that was just tossed out.

i noticed it recently too as i have been trying to see if it works to make it easier for some of my chars to identify the multitudes of people they know.... instead of adding a huge description to the name or having to go to the "people" tab to see the added info i put for them.

It might be just browser issues, just like those extensive problems I had previously with Firefox.

Mine has not worked since I started to play again. Before hand that wasn't even a feature so I haven't noticed it untill I saw this thread.

Never worked for me. It only showed up on the 'People' tab.
