Reason of death

A friend of me (userid 96004) wants to know why his character (Erwin, yarlitskov forest west) died.
He didn't receive a report in his inbox explaining why he died or whatever.

If someone could post in this topic or message me how he died then that'd be greatly appreciated. :)

He has many Erwins. The last one was killed by wild boar.
