Items with no names cannot equip them i get an error

Items with no names cannot equip them i get an error

The error says "error cannot undress illegal type of clothes."
When I try and equip the blank items.

Some people say they are duplicates that happen when two people try to pick up an article of clothing at the same time, one gets a ghost item. They're just junk.
