Very big bug with boat

Hello,
I have sent several messages last days to solve a bug that doesn't allow me to undock my boat of the town where this is. We have been 8 days trapped in the town and I can´t think any other thing to do that to try writting in this forum.
The boat is called "Alegría" . Please, we deserve you to leave it in the sea, we cannot undock....
