If a dinghy and a sloop are docked will the sloop travel about 60 pixels per day (depending on wieght) or about 15 as the dinghys speed?

The sloop's speed.

It would use the sloop's base speed. However, the weight of the dinghy and everthing in it is added to the sloop for the purpose of determining speed (thus a fully loaded dinghy would not affect he amount of stuff you could load into the sloop, but it would slow the sloop down).
