game locked

I keep getting a game locked you can access web but not your characters...is this for everyone or unique for me?

If it was locked then that's good. I was thinking it should be because it was so annoying how you couldn't really do anything.

Still laggy. I bet it's gonna crash again. Someone should figure out what the heck is causing it. Things were fine for a long while, the suddenly it gets all laggy and crashy again.
