water skins - gather water on a bike

water skins - gather water on a bike

I don't think I should be able to gather spring water using the water skin while occupying a vehicle...

I've never understood what a water skin is, but I think it was intended for use on boats... Maybe it's *rain* it's gathering.

It won't let me work on the project, so in that sense it's correct, but it shouldn't have let me work on it in the first place. Unless there's no way to check that on a movable machine.
