Characer ID 189629. I finished a crushing project and was supposed to get 1120g of iron ore in my inventory, but there's nothing there and it's not on the ground.

I think that happened to everyone whose projects got finished at that time.

With one of my chars I'm missing carrots but that isn't that dramatic compared to yours.

Had the same sort of thing happen as well in Seatown Lakeside.

2164-5.12: Project Harvesting carrots has been finished (28000 grams, ending up on the ground).

Checked the ground 2 turns later and there were no carrots and no news of any sort (no talking, dragging, hunting, picking up etc.) so they just disappeared. My character was standing outside (as opposed to in a vehicle) so, all germane events would have been witnessed.

I'm missing resources too. I've edited my character's name out, so if anyone needs more details I can PM them. Would appreciate it if someone could look into it.

2164-5.13: Project Crushing hematite (sledgehammer) has been finished (7350 grams, ending up in the inventory of [MY CHARACTER]).

Checked my inventory, checked the ground and everything. It's disappeared.

Yes, one of my characters had the same problem (disappearing output) with a project finishing on that tick. I sent a message with details to PD/ProgD.

Carrots has been restored.

Iron ore has been added to your inventory.

My character lost some 11250 grams of haematite from a drilling project, which was stated to have ended up in his inventory. The annoying thing is that he picked up some haematite that already was on the ground, thinking that it was his and it had caused a bit of drama with some other characters.

Anyway, my player ID is 83913 and I've set my char's dynamic name to "characterWhoLostHaematite".

P.S. btw, how do I find out my character's IDs?

You can view your charid if you look at the char description page as if to name him, the url will contain ...character=xxxxx... But please send email reports of missing resources to support email address : or use the form on the bottom of your char page.

Okay, do I still need to email you, or is it being dealt with?

I'm experiencing similar problems with mysteriously disappearing tools. They were not in a project but lying on the deck of a ship. Shall i ask support? I mean is it possible to rerieve such data from days ago while meantine we unboarded?

9.99 times out of 10 there turns out to be an explainable reason for your tool loss. I'd start a new thread.
