A topic was removed from the 'general' forum. Could it be put back?

If it was removed by staff, then there was a reason for it (I do not know what the reason or what topic it was though; you did not specify what topic it was). The staff reports what they move from one forum to another in a staff forum on forum moderation. Generally when it is just a post edited or deleted or moved, there is somewhere to put a reason for the public to see. As it was a whole topic, I don't know where the staff member that moved it would choose leave that note for the public.

It was the topic by makebelieve about him quitting Cantr.

I'll let you know here T shirt, I've quit the game. I'm going to truely miss those that played it fairly here and as it should be, I'd rarther my creations die fairly under my doing then have three years worth of playing wiped out by underhanded playing. Thats all i can say or the thread will be just wiped off as my last was.
