I noticed on the wiki that the weight capacity for a building is 3300000, while the stone extension has 3800000 capacity. But the stone extension can fit for less people inside of it then the building can. Can someone tell me if this information is correct? It doesn't really make sense to me. If the information isn't correct, please provide the correct information. Thankyou.

The information is correct. If there's more weight capacity and less room for people, it means more storage space. Maybe the room is higher and you can stack things up in piles?
