Recieving Error

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: htmlspecialchars_decode() in /home/httpd/vhosts/cantr.net/httpdocs/page.characterdescription.inc.php on line 524

the description of players...the background is white and the entire thing is incomplete.

You have entered page just when new featured has been deploying. It is no longer a problem.

The popup description does not work as intended for my Firefox 2.0.0.7.
It is displayed, but at the bottom of the page where the DIV is defined.
It works if you add the style "position: absolute; background-color: #004400;". The background-color is needed because without it the background is transparent.

You'll get all that by just refreshing CSS file cached by your browser (try F5 or Ctrl-F5).

It works on mine with a background color... I had to clear my cache first though.
