Cant send PM via cantr forum

When i try to send PM via Cantr forum i get this message:
General Error
Failed sending email :: PHP ::

I recieved that same message last night when trying to make a post..but my post posted so maybe your pm went through? IDK.

You can check your outbox or sent box to see if it went through.

I have been getting the same problem/message... but the PM is in the outbox...

I got that message a couple of times when posting in topics, but the post still went through so what I think is that the automatic email alerts for watched topics or incoming PM's are not working and that's what it's trying to tell people.
