Hunting whilst travelling?

Just a quicky...
Is this still possible? I would hate to waste my minutes looking for non-existant animals on the road!

They made animals jump to the destination instantly so they don't appear on roads. There has been no message of this being switched back so it's safe to assume there are no animals on the roads so looking around is a waste of time.

You can still hunt people though. You just don't get the bones, hide, and meat.

Always a limitation in this game... one of my old characters would have loved to have made a long coat out of human skin....
