Weapon Creation Bug

Okay here is what happened: I made a medium wooden shaft and bone spear head and tried to make a bone spear (used use resources if i have everything that is needed for that project) then a blank project apeared in project list (no needed stuff used), wooden shaft and spear head is gone from my inventory and I obtained the bone spear few moments after that.
