Unable to contact departments when account is locked

When an account is locked, that player is unable to contact any of the departments. It could be wise and practical to enable this.

Although that is true, when an account is locked by PD, there should also be a letter from the PD regarding the lock, which can be use to communicate with the PD.

i've never gotten a letter when my account has been locked.

The general support email account goes to PD and can be used in this case - It is also accessible as an online form the main home page to anyone regardless of whether they even have an account or not.

Maybe the better option is to PM the PD that blocked you. If you don't know which one, let's PM one by one until you get with the proper one.
