Multiple characters have lost thier crossbows, for multiple players. Including my only character, who's in a position where it is vital to survival. We believe it was a database error, please rectify ASAP.

There was a bug, which allowed to finish projects without using any subparts on them. Items created in this way has been removed. However if there was a misunderstanding in any particular case, please contact us and we'll restore the item after verification.

The missing bows that have been discussed in chat are all from before the introduction of parts, so older non-bug weapons have dissappeared with the bug weapons.

I'll investigate that - if that's the case, we can roll back the process.

Thank you. There's also a balance issue. Removing large numbers of high end weapons, even for a short period will cause a big OOC created shift of power.

I know both of mine that went missing were probably made that far back. The other that didn't go missing I know was made new with all the parts.

I have chars missing weapons they have no idea who made. And also a char missing a weapon when she made parts herself for xbows. Someone may have handed her an older one, but this just cannot stand. I am not a bug abuser. I know no bug abusers. Chars may die without these weapons. Punish the abusers, not the rest of us. It is way too late to take these weapons. Some have been sailing with them for many years.
