spindle on ship

According to the projects page I can make a spindle in a building or on a ship. I'm on board a ship, but when I try to create the project I get an error message telling me it can only be made in a building. Either the projects page is wrong or the error message is wrong.

Unless it means in a building or in a ship cabin, not out on deck.

The build menu was incorrect - Its now been fixed
Spindles can only be built in buildings (and not cabins or holds)

Why? A spindle would be a perfectly reasonable thing to have in cabins and holds I think.

Sorry my mistake - spindles can be built in any building (including cabins and holds)
