I was traveling down the road and at 2-11 I saw a man in his twenties take a copy of a note.

They've never gone away... It's like the lock-picking or boat undocking you hear with all your land traveling chars, I think.

One of my characters saw it too, and decided that it was a mirage.
Personally I think this bug shouldn't be fixed. It adds spice to playing, really!
